Black Youth And Entrepreneurship A Business Overview With Grand Marquise

Grand Marquise commands the room as he demonstrates  the benefits what it means too have financial literacy as a black man in America. Growing up in Detroit being faced with the circumstances every youth is faced with in America; he started out as a musician to help avoid the streets. He evolved from being a musician to evolving his career into a man selling Primerica, bringing in money, searching for a life free of stress in America.  His dream is to see forward thinking individuals embracing multi-cultural elements too see society advance. Everyday he motivates his team members too go above and beyond the next level with their services.

He points out during his financial analysis that forty-percent of Americans spend money on debt. Not having a clear emphasis on what steps to take next to bring their game plan to the next level. Pointing out that investing with Primerica will be the retrograde to freedom. By having a Security license you are unlocking mind of investment. You as a person will have knowledge of you’re IRI rate, helping attain you’re retirement goal. “It is about foundation”, he says, the motto we stick too around here is, “become a owner not a loaner”. Once he started doing the financial services offered at Primerica he turned doubters to believer. “People are afraid to try patience until they get better.”

The information here is black and white, no round-about, he shows all the affiliations Primerica has and why we should join. The company ask the employees , “What were going to do for our families”. Why work a job when you can become apart of the deadly force that is Primerica and have an earning potential up to 800 thousand a year or earning at-least fifteen dollars a hour. As he continues to explore entrepreneurship, he plays with the thoughts of releasing a Christian rap album, returning back to music. Only to spread a message with uplifting vibes.
